Acute convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (cSAH) in infectious endocarditis (IE): imaging features and follow-up
ConclusioncSAH in IE is mostly an incidental finding but may be the telltale sign of an IIA. cSAH is not a marker of poor prognosis in non-IIA patients.
