Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma presenting as duodenal tumor
A 54-year-old man presented to our department with a 6-month of upper abdominal pain. Physical examination was unremarkable. Serological testing for carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA 125) was 117.7 U/ml (CA 125 ≥ 35 U/mL was defined as abnormal). Abdominal computed tomography scan showed a 6.9 × 4.8 cm solid mass of duodenum (Fig. 1). Duodenal tumor was considered for preoperative diagnosis.
