Anti-inflammatory therapy for preventing stroke and other vascular events after ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack.

CONCLUSIONS: There is currently a paucity of evidence on the use of anti-inflammatory medications for prevention of major cardiovascular events following ischaemic stroke or TIA.
