ConclusionsThe prognosis of recurrent and persistent MOGCTs was good after salvage therapy. The optimal salvage surgery and adjuvant standardized chemotherapy significantly impact patient prognosis. For young nulliparous patients, secondary fertility-sparing salvage therapy can be considered.
