The association analysis between CYP24A1 genetic polymorphisms and the risk of ischemic stroke in Chinese Han population

ConclusionOur study gave the evidences thatCYP24A1 genetic polymorphisms were significantly associated with ischemic stroke patients, which would provide useful information of assessment or possible diagnostic markers for ischemic stroke.
