Analysis of efficiency of joint or consistent vaccination with pneumococcal and influenzal vaccines in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Conclusions: Combined vaccine prevention of PCV13 and influenzal vaccines allows to reduce shortness of breath; to achieve an increase in the main indicators of respiratory function. Single-shot vaccination reduces the risk of adverse events in COPD, reduces the number of exacerbations associated with this hospitalization and the number of cases of pneumonia. The use of the index BODE shows a reliable efficacy of joint vaccination.
