Treatment with intravenous immunoglobulins in systemic lupus erythematosus: a single-center experience with 63 patients.
CONCLUSIONS: IVIG showed adequate tolerance and effectiveness in selected severe SLE manifestations, mainly hematological involvement. It was useful for concomitant infection.
