Endovascular repair of large intercostal artery patch aneurysm using branch stent-graft in a patient with Loeys –Dietz syndrome

This report illustrates a patient with Loeys–Dietz syndrome treated who presented with a symptomatic intercostal artery (IA) patch aneurysm following open surgical TAAA repair.
