Sa1226 ENDOSCOPIC SUBMUCOSAL TUNNEL DISSECTION OF LARGE SUPERFICIAL ESOPHAGEAL CANCERS IN PATIENTS WITH CIRRHOSIS: A PROSPENSITY SCORE ANALYSIS

Few reports have investigated endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection (ESTD) for superficial esophageal cancer in patients with liver cirrhosis due to the high bleeding risk. Based on propensity score analysis, this study reports the outcomes of ESTD for the treatment of esophageal cancer covering at least a semicircle of the esophageal lumen.
