N-linked glycosylation sites in G protein of infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) affect its virulence and immunogenicity in rainbow trout
In conclusion, our study reveals the effect of G protein glycosylation on the pathogenicity and immunogenicity of IHNV and provides a foundation for developing a live-attenuated vaccine.
