TIGAR alleviates ischemia/reperfusion-induced autophagy and ischemic brain injury.

In conclusion, our current data suggest that TIGAR protected against neuronal injury partly through inhibiting autophagy by regulating the mTOR-S6KP70 signaling pathway.
