Farnesyl Pyrophosphate Synthase Blocker Ibandronate Reduces Thoracic Aortic Fibrosis in Diabetic Rats.

CONCLUSIONS: These findings provided evidence that FPPS is involved in thoracic aortic fibrosis in diabetic rats. Meanwhile, IBN could alleviate vascular remodeling in diabetic animals.
