National Database of Antibiotic Resistant Organisms (NDARO)

Source: National Library of Medicine [National Institutes of Health] (NLM). Published: 3/2019. This database is a collaborative, cross-agency, centralized hub for researchers to access antimicrobial resistance (AMR) data to facilitate real-time surveillance of pathogenic organisms. The database allows users to browse a curated database of AMR genes, identify AMR genes in bacterial genomes with AMRFinder, identify bacterial genomes with AMR genes in the Isolate Browser, and submit sequence and phenotype data related to AMR.
