Cognition and Cerebral Infarction in Older Adults After Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement.

CONCLUSIONS: In high-risk, aged participants undergoing surgical AVR for aortic stenosis, post-operative cognitive dysfunction was surprisingly limited and was resolved by 1-year in most.
