Clinical Outcome of Patients With High-Risk Endometrial Carcinoma After Treatment With Chemotherapy Only
Conclusions
Patients with high-risk EC have acceptable vaginal/pelvic control rates after adjuvant chemotherapy. However, prognosis remains poor for patients with stage IIIc disease, also after chemotherapy.
