ConclusionThese findings indicate that acute aerobic exercise elicits a higher elevation in plasma level of inflammatory ci-miRNAs in obese than normal-weight individuals, irrespective of cardiorespiratory fitness and indicator of metabolic syndrome (HOMA-IR).
