Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 is an Early Predictor of Acute ‐on‐Chronic Liver Failure in Critically Ill Cirrhotic Patients
Conclusion: This study demonstrates that FGF21 levels are of specific diagnostic value regarding presence and development of ACLF in patients admitted to intensive care unit for acute decompensation of liver cirrhosis.
