MicroRNA-195 Desensitizes HCT116 Human Colon Cancer Cells to 5-Fluorouracil

The objective of this study was to investigate whether microRNAs might play a role in the acquisition of resistance. Human colorectal cancer HCT-116 cell lines were transduced with a lentivirus library containing 572 precursor microRNAs (miRNAs) to establish cell lines resistant to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).
