EZH2 is involved in silencing of WNT5A during epithelial –mesenchymal transition of colon cancer cell line

ConclusionsOur results indicate that EZH2 was essential for the silencing of WNT5A during TGF- β-induced epithelial–mesenchymal transition of colon cancer cells.
