Effect of Clonidine on Hemodynamic Responses During Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Conclusions: Compared with control intervention, clonidine intervention was found to significantly reduce MAP and HR at pneumoperitoneum and intubation, propofol requirement, as well as postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
