The History of the Undoctored Program

When and how did the seemingly unconnected strategies of the Undoctored lifestyle come together? The Undoctored strategies, when practiced all at once, have the power to reverse coronary plaque, type 2 diabetes, acid reflux, IBS, fibromyalgia, many autoimmune diseases, some forms of chronic pain, as well as accomplish substantial weight loss without effort. But how was this all pieced together? Here, I recount the process that led me down this unexpected road. About Undoctored: We are entering a new age in which the individual has astounding power over health–but don’t count on the doctor or healthcare system to tell you this. We draw from the health information of the world, collaborate, share experiences, collect data, and show how to apply new health tools to achieve levels of health that you may have thought unattainable. We do all this at a time when conventional healthcare costs have become crippling. The result: personal health that is SUPERIOR to that obtained through conventional means. Undoctored: Why Health Care Has Failed You and How You Can Become Smarter Than Your Doctor Available in all major bookstores and Amazon. LUMBAR SPINE SYNOVIAL CYST: A CASE SERIES REPORT AND REVIEW OF SURGICAL STRATEGIES. Acta Clin Croat. 2019 Sep;58(3):491-496 Authors: Splavski B, Rotim A, Brumini I, Koprek I, Gajski D, Božić B, Rotim K Abstract Lumbar spine synovial cysts are benign growths adjoining the facet joints that may induce low back pain, lumbar radiculopathy and neurological deficit. However, they are not well defined concerning their origin, cause and pathology, as well as available treatment strategies. The scope of different surgical procedures includes image-guided epidural steroid injection, direct cyst puncture by per...

INTRAOCULAR PRESSURE CHANGES AFTER UNEVENTFUL PHACOEMULSIFICATION IN EARLY POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD IN HEALTHY EYES. Acta Clin Croat. 2019 Sep;58(3):467-472 Authors: Todorović M, Šarenac Vulović T, Petrović N, Todorović D, Srećković S Abstract The aim was to determine early changes in intraocular pressure (IOP) following uneventful phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in healthy eyes. This prospective interventional case series study was conducted at Ophthalmology Department, Kragujevac Clinical Centre, Kragujevac, Serbia. The study included 123 eyes of 123 cataract pati...

Vitamin C has antioxidant properties and can neutralize the negative effects of oxidative stress. The aim of this study was therefore to compare the content of vitamin C, sugars and organic acids in organic vs. conventional raspberries and to determine the effects of harvest time and cultivar on the contents of these compounds. The experiment was carried out in 2013–2014. Fruits from four raspberry cultivars ('Laszka', 'Glen Ample...

In this study we examined various factors involved in Vitamin D-mediated signalling in a mouse model for allergic dermatitis with systemic (OVA IP) and systemic plus topical allergic sensitization (OVA IP + EC). We found that the major enzyme responsible for 1,25-Vitamin D3 synthesis, the 1-hydoxylase CYP27B1 (3,6-fold for OVA IP and 2,7-fold for OVA IP + EC), the vitamin D receptor (not altered) and the sensitive Vitamin D-mediated signalling target gene CYP24A1 (65-fold in OVA IP and 726-fold in OVA IP + EC) are upregulated after systemic and systemic plus topical allergic sensitization (OVA...

Authors: Eftekharsadat B, Aghamohammadi D, Dolatkhah N, Hashemian M, Salami H Abstract Background: We aimed to determine dietary intake and serum concentration of α-tocopherol and lycopene in subjects with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in relation to pain intensity and functional status and comparing them with healthy controls. Methods: This case-control study was conducted among 35 patients with primary KOA and 35 matched healthy subjects selected using convenience sampling method. Dietary intakes of alpha-tocopherol and lycopene were estimated from 24-hour dietary records. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Weste...

The objective of this work was to elucidate the biological properties of citral at molecular level using an integrated in silico, in vitro and in vivo approaches. To elucidate this in silico molecular docking studies were performed with in vitro validation by DPPH scavenging activity, MTT assays, enzymatic assays and Chorio Allantoic Membrane (CAM) assay. The in silico analysis demonstrated the potential binding of citral with PPARγ ligand binding domain and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2). Citral is already a proven anti-oxidant which is further confirmed by increased DPPH inhibiti...

Theriault, Liane Young, Lisa Feldman BarrettAbstractWhat is social pressure, and how could it be adaptive to conform to others' expectations? Existing accounts highlight the importance of reputation and social sanctions. Yet, conformist behavior is multiply determined: sometimes, a person desires social regard, but at other times she feels obligated to behave a certain way, regardless of any reputational benefit—i.e. she feels a sense of should. We develop a formal model of this sense of should, beginning from a mini...
