Baseline characteristics and cytokine profiles across demographic subsets in the Intermountain Multiple Sclerosis Project (P1.382)

Conclusions:Our study presents further analysis of a large MS cohort for differences in cytokine concentrations compared to controls. Analysis of demographic subsets was notable for a shift to anti-inflammatory cytokines with age. The underlying immunology and potential implications of these results will be discussed.Disclosure: Dr. Baldassari has nothing to disclose. Dr. Seraj has nothing to disclose.
