Emergency Nurses Association Foundation Seed Research Grants The ENA Foundation seed research grants provide funding for research that will advance the specialized practice of emergency nursing. Submission deadline is November 1, 2014. The ENA Foundation is offer (10) ten seed grants to be awarded in the amount of $500 each. The ENA Institute for Emergency Nursing Research (IENR) is available to assist in mentoring applicants. These grants provide funding for research that will advance the specialized practice of emergency nursing.   Application Postmark Deadline: November 1, 2014 Number of Seed Grants: 10 Amount Awarded:  $500 each/grant Recipient Notification:   December 1, 2014 Final Report due: no later than  December 31, 2015 Eligibility Criteria: The principal investigator must: • Be a registered nurse with a master’s degree.  • Submit a complete application with signed research agreement. • Be ready to or have already started the research project. • Not have served on the ENA board of directors, ENA Foundation board of trustees, or ENA Foundation grant review team in the immediate past three years.  • Must be a current ENA member.
