Histone deacetylase 6 inhibition enhances oncolytic viral therapy

(Journal of Clinical Investigation) A new study in the Journal of Clinical Investigation indicates that inhibition of histone deaceteylase 6 improves the ability of oncolytic herpes simplex virus type 1 to kill glioma cells.
