PPAR- α inhibits DHEA-induced ferroptosis in granulosa cells through upregulation of FADS2

CONCLUSIONS: Our study indicates that PPAR-α may have an inhibitory effect on DHEA-induced ferroptosis in GCs by enhancing the expression of FADS2.
