In Vivo Measurement of GABA Transmission in Healthy Subjects and Schizophrenia Patients.

CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates, for the first time, an in vivo impairment in GABA transmission in schizophrenia, most prominent in antipsychotic-naive individuals.
