Aortoiliac occlusion mimicking cauda equina syndrome, a diagnostic dilemma: A case report and review of the literature

CONCLUSION: For patients presenting with cauda equina symptomatology, it is critical to consider vascular etiology, especially for those with cardiovascular risk factors.
