Grade 3 Primary Graft Dysfunction After Ex-Vivo Lung Perfusion is Associated with Better Short-Term Outcomes Compared to Direct Transplantation
Purpose: Grade 3 PGD has been described as a major risk factor for morbidity after lung transplantation. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical impact of grade 3 PGD in patients who received allografts after EVLP compared with patients who received direct transplants.
