Unexpected gaps in knowledge of familial hypercholesterolaemia among Dutch general practitioners
CONCLUSION: Despite the Netherlands' relatively high FH detection rate, substantial knowledge gaps regarding FH persist among Dutch GPs, mirroring global trends. Enhanced FH education and awareness in primary care are imperative to improve FH detection and ensure adequate treatment.
