Pediatric pneumonia - A clinico-pathological study
CONCLUSION: Neither clinical features nor investigations reliably differentiate between viral and bacterial pneumonia. Autopsy has an important role in providing insights into the pathogenesis of pneumonia and suggests inappropriate antibiotic exposure.
