Investigating the association between the tissue expression of miRNA ‐101, JAK2/STAT3 with TNF‐α, IL‐6, IL‐1β, and IL‐10 cytokines in the ulcerative colitis patients
ConclusionThis study provides evidence of increased miRNA-101 expression in UC tissue, suggesting a potential correlation between miRNA-101 and IL-6 expression and their involvement in the JAK2-STAT3 pathway. The study confirms alterations in UC patients' pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory IL-10. However, further investigations are needed to understand the exact role of miRNA-101 in UC pathogenesis fully.
