Efficacy of cytoreductive radical cystectomy in metastatic urothelial bladder cancer based on site and number of metastases

CONCLUSION: These findings demonstrate an OS benefit of CRC with multiagent chemotherapy and pinpoint multiple visceral metastases as a potential contraindication for CRC.
