CONCLUSION: Based on the co-expression network analysis results, we identified three subtypes of IMPTCC: Immune-Suppressive Macrophage differentiation-associated Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Classification (ISMPTCC), Immune-Neutral Macrophage differentiation-associated Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Classification (INMPTCC), and Immune-Activated Macrophage differentiation-associated Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Classification (IAMPTCC).
