Transcription factor RELA promotes hepatocellular carcinoma progression by promoting the transcription of m6A modulator METTL3
CONCLUSION: RELA promotes the transcription of METTL3 by binding to METTL3 promoter region, thus promoting the malignancy of HCC cells. This study suggests NF-κB signaling contributes the dysregulation of m6A modification in HCC tumorigenesis.PMID:38367599 | DOI:10.1016/j.prp.2024.155168
