The Outcome Of Acute Heart Failure In Patients With Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

Patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) have abnormal diastolic function, which impairs ventricular filling and increase filling pressure, despise a normal or small ventricular cavity. This work aimed to study the clinical outcome of acute heart failure in patients with HOCM.
