Patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) have abnormal diastolic function, which impairs ventricular filling and increase filling pressure, despise a normal or small ventricular cavity. This work aimed to study the clinical outcome of acute heart failure in patients with HOCM.
