The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has caused more than 6.5 million deaths worldwide.1 Infection with SARS-CoV-2 disproportionately affects older patients.2 We sought to identify prognostic factors of survival in patients ≥80 years old hospitalized with COVID-19.
