Hereditary Alpha Tryptasemia Presenting as Recurrent Chemotherapy Hypersensitivity Reactions

A 56-year-old patient with history of high-grade serous ovarian cancer receiving her second cycle of carboplatin/paclitaxel in February of 2021 developed acute hypotension, hypoxia and altered mental status nine minutes into the paclitaxel infusion.
