Liver metastasis of small cell neuroendocrine prostate carcinoma

A 67-year-old man, with a past medical history of prostate adenocarcinoma 3 years ago, was admitted for abdominal distention. Endocrine therapy was initiated since then. Seven months ago, abdominal MRI revealed hepatic mass (Fig.  1a). Next, percutane-ous liver biopsy was performed. Histopathological analysis showed small-cell neuroendocrine prostate carcinoma (SCNPC). Immunohistochemical analysis showed CD56 (+++), CgA (++), Syn (+++) (Fig. 1b and Fig. 2). After discussion, serplulimab 300 mg plus etoposide 150 mg plus carboplatin 500 mg every 3 weeks was initiated.
