Decreased eukaryotic initiation factors expression upon temozolomide treatment —potential novel implications for eIFs in glioma therapy

ConclusionOur study provides novel insights into chemotherapeutic effects on eIF regulation in gliomas and suggests that eIFs are interesting candidates for future research to improve glioma therapy.
