Absolute oxygen-guided radiation therapy improves tumor control in three preclinical tumor models

CONCLUSION: This study confirms that EPROI locates resistant tumor hypoxic regions for radiation boost, increasing clonogenic LTCP, with potential enhanced therapeutic index in three tumor types.
