ConclusionsIn the poor PCNST LTS HRQOL class, an overwhelming majority faced significant physical challenges, and the good HRQOL class experienced mood-related disturbance but limited physical challenges. These HRQOL profiles can be used to guide survivorship programs and tailored interventions.
