Non ‐loading versus loading low‐dose colchicine in acute crystal‐associated arthritis: A double‐blinded randomized controlled study

ConclusionNon-loading low-dose colchicine was as effective as loading low-dose colchicine in patients with acute crystal-associated arthritis, regardless of renal function or type of crystals.
