Dose adjustment of rheumatology and allergy/immunology medications in chronic kidney disease: awareness and knowledge among internal medicine housestaff
CONCLUSION: Overall, awareness and knowledge were poor among IMHS for dose adjustments of rheumatology and allergy/immunology medications in patients with CKD.
