Interpretation of the structure-function relationships in synthetic HDL nanodiscs

The objectives of the research are the study of: sHDL with different compositions; apoA-I mimetic peptides in sHDL with/without LCAT; location, orientation and positioning of LCAT on sHDL; how apoA-I mimetic peptides modulate LCAT activity.
