Prenatal exposure to selenium, mercury, and manganese during pregnancy and allergic diseases in early childhood: The Japan Environment and Children's study
CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that prenatal exposure to selenium may be beneficial for reducing the risk of atopic dermatitis, food allergies, allergic rhinitis, and any allergic diseases in early childhood, especially with lower prenatal mercury exposure.PMID:37595534 | DOI:10.1016/j.envint.2023.108123
