Dietary Total Antioxidant Capacity and Cognitive Function in Older Adults in the United States: The NHANES 2011 –2014
ConclusionOur findings support that higher dietary antioxidant potential was related to a decreased risk of cognitive dysfunction, particularly in the subjects with DM who may have oxidative injury. DM was one of the factors mediating the effect of TAC on ICF.
