Mnangement of an immature dermoid ovarian cyst

Introduction: Ovarian tumors are a frequent pathology in women; they are characterized by their clinical, radiological and anatomopathologic polymorphism. Among the germinal tumors of the ovary, the mature teratomas are the most found with a frequency of 10 to 20%. Their malignant transformation is a very rare entity of the order of 2% and is generally seen in peri and in post-menopause. Degeneration occurs in 80% of cases into squamous cell carcinoma; however, other rarer histological forms are described.
