Cyp2e1 knockdown attenuates high glucose-induced apoptosis and oxidative stress of cardiomyocytes by activating PI3K/Akt signaling

ConclusionsCyp2e1 knockdown attenuated HG-induced apoptosis and oxidative stress by activating PI3K/Akt signaling in cardiomyocytes. These findings suggested that Cyp2e1 might be potentially used as an effective therapeutic strategy for DCM.
