Immunizations in a Senior Housing Setting

Mr. M is a 71-year-old man who lives in senior housing with his wife. He completed a few years of high school and then worked in construction. He retired at age 65 and moved into senior housing soon after. He is independent with all activities, walks daily for at least 30 minutes, drives, and engages socially. He has a primary care provider, but he has not had an appointment for many years. He feels his health is good and denies any cardiovascular disease, respiratory problems, gastrointestinal problems, urinary issues, musculoskeletal problems, kidney or liver disease, cognitive changes, mood changes, or endocrine problems (diabetes or thyroid disease).
