Waldenstr öm macroglobulinemia is an indolent IgM-secreting B-cell lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma that is preceded by an asymptomatic stage. Clinical and molecular features have been used in risk models to predict progression rates in different asymptomatic subgroups.
